I tried buying a used 2015 with low miles in Denver. $21700, and manager was willing to knock of $700 - the amount of their dealer fees. This was last year, 3 months ago.

Yup! Trail with a lift kit and PRO goodies for $48k

That's a great and a very valid answer.

Who asked you for an opinion? I am asking why he likes he car I don't. Is that a crime where you live ?

May I ask why? It is an ancient car, with an under-powered engine, super crappy interior... I mean,I know it is a wagon and rwd, but it was never a fun to drive car and it sure as shit won’t be when it is this old.

If I ever buy a 4Runner, it will be one of the first things I’ll buy.

You would if I had $60k to spend :D.

Set of rear shocks fixes all the issues you mentioned on the road, other than your personal feelings of the attraction it gets. I have a 2014 GQ convertible with Magneti Marelli wheels, and I don’t get funny looks, and I could not care less if I did.

As a current Abarth owner - they are only worth it if you get great discounts on new, or buy used. Otherwise, you can get a “real” car for similar money, as most Abarths run $25-30 with some options. I paid 15k for my convertible with 6k miles on it, and I love her :)

I buy new all the time - piece of mind that I get from owning new is well worth it for me. Last car I bought was 6 months old, so while used, I still got the factory warranty.

Nice view!! I was having lunch with my wife at Cafe Mercado :)

I already own half the equation - used Abarth Convertible, $12-20K depending on model year. Mine was 15k. Then, I’d have $45K left to by a brand new Toyota 4Runner Trail, and put $5000-7000 into aftermarket wheels, slight lift and a custom front bumper.

Just drove my Abarth next to one of these, and right behind it was a new Lexus LS460 or whatever number they’re on now. Driving by both of them - it was hard to see where the extra $20-40K went.

So. Fucking. Ugly.

I know - it looks great and it is hard to say no to the potential off-road worthiness. Buy a cheap one, drive to Moab, and rent someones else’s Jeep, and pocket the thousands in price difference :)

We need a politician with balls to even mention the gas tax hike. Infrastructure is crumbling, and no one has the guts to do anything about it.

1st gear - investing billions in making a product that is selling poorly, has competition from Toyota, Honda, Kia...Brilliant!

I like the 4Runner better - but I thing Tacoma might be better in order to keep the dogs separate from the cabin (with a topper of course)

The whole world drives around in ancient Toyota trucks, not really a shocker that ISIS drives in those as well.
