Guesstimate on the MSRP - $41-43k. They are sweet and they retain their value like crazy - especially these off-road oriented models. I just don't don't if I can stomach 40+ grand for a mid size 6 cylinder truck.

If she can comfortably fit 2 St Bernards behind the second row of seats in the HR-V, I’ll eat my hat. We have a 2013 RAV4, and while they “fit” in the back, they don’t really fit.
Agreed - one of the reasons I have a Honda Pilot now. Also one of the reasons why almost none of current popular CUVs like CR-V, RAV4, CX-5 would work for me - I have large dogs and the hatch angle seriously compromises utility on all of those.
I’ve seen plenty of wagons, I like wagons a lot, I’ve driven a few and owned a few. None looked this squished to me.
Everything looks amazing, other than the side view and front view. It just looks...squished. I love low and wide cars, but something just seems a bit off with this one.
I’ll watch it. But I didn’t watch Top Gear for the cars - I watched it because of the hosts. So, I am sure I’ll like whatever Amazon is cooking - not so sure I’ll like the new Top Gear.
Most of the snow melted, so not much water on the roads, I’ve seen a few street sweeper trucks, so hopefully not too much gravel on the road either - that means I took the Abarth to work this morning instead of the Pilot.
I agree - that is the point I was trying to make, but forgot I was on Gawker network.
Will do! One of my coworkers is in the guard - he qualified as expert by shooting some paper at 80%. Sleep tight knowing how awesome most regular grunts are trained!
To a degree, yes, and I encourage it. But I can tell you this - I took a 9mm handgun, took it to a range, and was shooting within the target outline at 18-25ft without any trouble. First time I shot an AR at 25 ft, it was harder to miss an 8" target than to hit it. First time I shot an AR10, scoped, at 100yds, at a 4"…

Why, because 335HP is underpowered or something?
KAMA3 for the win :D
How much larger is this than any other sold out football game that happens every Sunday before the Super Bowl?
If they are shy of being full size, that makes them mid size, right? Besides, if you think of a Tahoe being full-size, 4Runner is way, way smaller than one of those.
Toyota 4Runner? Lexus GX?
Well, $35000 in real dollars is 48000 in Canadian dollars with the current exchange rate of 1.37, so there you have it - they are priced the same ;)
#2, 3 and 4 don’t even matter when GM doesn’t make a mid-size BOF SUV that you can buy in states ;)
Why wouldn’t you just buy a 4Runner - proven on the market, priced from about $35k - $45k, crazy resale value, option of road/trail/luxury oriented models, and available in US now?
