Old doesn't equal POS. Old shitty Hyundai Excel equals POS. When they had surveys asking what readers drove, it read like who's who of the shitty old cars no one wants. Then those same people bitch about a new Camry.

People driving those old Junkers calling Camry a POS are what bugs me. People buying a new Camry as an only car, no issues with that. It is a very smart move. I’ve been driving a Pilot, before that two Outbacks because I need room for my dogs. I would rather drive a WRX, but dogs won’t fit. Now I have a fun car next…
I drive a Honda Pilot - pretty much an SUV version of a Camry - every time I need to transport dogs, have space or when it is snowing. When I am alone, I go for my Abarth.
My rule of NEVER supporting any of these crowd funding campaigns just gets reinforced with posts like this one. If they deserve it, they'll gather money from real investors.
I wouldn’t drive it if it was free. Huge underpowered lazy engine, crappy handling, awful seats, 4sp auto... This car has one thing going for it - size.
But, you don’t. Your most expensive purchase so far? Maybe $20k and few issues? These are not $20k cars. You keep saying buy it before I do, or one day I'll have one of these, and then you buy a beat up Porsche that cost maybe 1/10th of this car
Year is 2000, or maybe 2001 - can’t remember now. Year-ish ago, I moved from Serbia to states with my parents. I got a job delivering furniture - I made $2200 per month take home, but I worked like 6 days a week and had no time to spend any money.

Why do you want a car with a Mexican in it?
Thanks!!
What did you use? I’ve seen clear or black replacements, but they cost too much. PS. I just ordered a set of 16” Magneti Marelli wheels for my GQ!
302 should sound pretty glorious. DOn’t most people go with the LS option in Miatas, like Flyin’ Miata? They want $50K for a turn key conversion, plus your own Miata though... that kind of cash, why not just buy a Vette?
Hard to say no to that Miata... I am hoping that the new FIAT Spyder 124 with the same engine as my Abarth will depreciate as fast as 500 Abarth - I might be driving one in a few years!
Dude, that’s just like, your opinion. I like the car - I don’t $25k like the car. What they cost in Europe is irrelevant - different markets, different taxes. WRX has the racing heritage and pedigree, horsepower and handling, plus a new car warranty. WRX is exactly the car today that Beta was 25 years ago.
Now that I could stand behind - Fulvia is a real classic and an amazing car. Don’t get me wrong - I do love the Beta, but not at $25k. Imagine getting parts for it on this side of the pond? Nightmare...
Nope. Do you really think that a $25 year old car is worth $25k when you can buy a brand new WRX, which is sort of a modern version of this car? If so, good for you - follow the link and click buy.
Dude, it is a car blog and we talk about cars. The very fact that they posted means that opinions are solicited.
Yes, thank you for clarifying that my opinion about something is my opinion about something.
I drive to work most days, drive the dogs to the dog park, go to stores, and hit the mountains for hiking, and I can live with 10-11k per year.
