Yeah when a lot of articles/people talk about it they make it seem like the kids were 8 when the show started and they’re like 30 now.
Honestly this sounds better than the last couple HQ seasons.
Yeah unfortunately that’s the closest theater to me that’s not a drive in, so I basically don’t see first run movies that come out over the winter anymore.
No, they’re not that horrible. Rote and not super original stories, especially now that it’s the 4th movie in the series, but they’re like 10x better than trash like the new Garfield movie.
I saw it on Saturday night: It wasn’t great but it was a lot better than Inside Out 2 and WAY better than that goddamn Garfield travesty.
“They should not depend on a telephone game of “I was told the gun is safe.”
“Should a guy who gets drunk and hits and kills a child be let go free because other drunks didn’t run over and kill children?”
See, you’d think it’s simple, but where it gets complex is that there’s someone that is paid specifically to ensure that the gun doesn’t have live round in it. Making it one of the very few situations where it’s not actually his responsibility to ensure that the gun is incapable of firing.
I’m glad I didn’t pay to see Dune 2 in a theater, some of the shots would have been good on the big screen but for a movie that left out a lot of important stuff it was sure long and dragged at points.
I’ll ask when then will be now whenever I feel like it!
No, I live in a small town where the only movie theater that wasn’t a drive in closed down after covid. My story takes place in the small city my friends live in that’s about 45 minutes away :)
No I just rewatched it last year, they specifically said they were far away from their original timeline with no way to get back.
Pretty sure AoS is canon but also not on the sacred timeline. Even if it started on the sacred timeline it definitely left it around I think season 4? The show specifically didn’t end in the same timeline it started in.
That’s looking good!
“Season four hasn’t maintained the thrilling glory of the past despite occasional amusement and gore.”
Oh yeah but projectors are a gigantic pain in the ass too, I’ve dealt with top end models at work and even those have their downfalls. Anyhow, 55" is perfect for my space and the refresh rate on it actually gets me a solid 60fps for gaming.
I’ve always liked to see trailers but commercials suck. That shit started like 20 years ago too, it’s not new.
“You’re insulting my intelligence about my ability to comprehend an Apple TV fictional drama (lel) while patting yourself on the back for being so open-minded to the concept of people having differing pinions.”
