Ok yeah only if you totally ignore the part where I say that’s not a bad thing and that the world would be boring if everyone had the same taste.

Holy crap I vaguely remember that one from free preview weekends in the mid ‘80s.  Before then we lived in a place that only had an antenna that got 3 channels.  Moving to an area with cable was insane!

HBO HBO HBO!

Eh I kinda wanted to rant against rich people who think they know something because they have money.  And against campaign donations.

I don’t shop at Wal Mart and there is no brand of microwave popcorn that tastes anything even close to actual fresh popped popcorn from a theater.

“Ah, a Rick and Morty fan.”

That’s true!

‘I’m already bored and it’s only been a season.’

It’s definitely my favorite Clooney performance, that’s for sure.

That all sounds terrible.

No that’s her regular face.

HE’S A DAPPER DAN MAN!

Unfortunately there’s really no way for regular people to get us out of a 2 party system. Rich people and big corporations have spent a lot of money to buy the 2 existing parties, no way they’re gonna let another party gain any power.

Not a high end theater, sure, but pretty much as good as any theater within an hour or more of where I live. Plus my house isn’t full of random people, has a pause button, and I don’t need to drive anywhere to get there.

“The premise of Severance is not good enough for a 9-episode, multi-season series, folks. It should have been a movie released in theaters.”

I cared a lot more about the theater experience when my TV at home was a 24" CRT.  A 55"4k and good surround sound is fine for me and, I would imagine, the vast majority of people.

Thinking about it, my theater going time really started to drop when they started showing commercials. I’m paying $10+ to see commercials? Fuck that! I pay money so I can not watch commercials on streaming services, I pay money so I can not hear commercials on Sirius, I am not paying any money to theaters so I can

The last time I tried to go to a regular theater that wasn’t the small one close to me that’s now closed, I was with 2 friends.  We showed up half an hour before showtime and they did not have 3 seats together for us.  So we walked out and went to a showing of Spaceballs for like $5 each at a small local theater.

Oh yeah I know that, you don’t have to call me ignorant thanks! Fuck him anyhow, he’s an actor and has the right to his own opinion but we have absolutely no reason to take him seriously just because he’s an actor.

Pretty sure he did talk about how his performance was disappointing and not great.  Like, the next night too.
