I can only really have one set of tires so I was thinking of going for the DWS as an all season that isn’t TOTALLY suck.

I have managed to get through a season and a half of daily driving and autocrossing with RE71Rs on my Miata. $120 apiece. Love it. Might go for continentals next time around since I’m doing more road trips and less autox though.
This makes me immeasurably happy. Well done.

You still have your TL? I’m considering getting one this fall, though due to my budget it will likely be very well lived-in by the time it falls into my hands. Test drove a super ratty 6MT last week and absolutely fell in love, excited to park one in my driveway apartment parking space.
What is up with the seats? Why the wrinkles? Doesn’t look very crafted to me. Looks like an art project.
In what world is a reasonable-miles B5.5 Passat an unsafe embarrassing car? My dad had a 2005 TDI auto wagon until it was totaled a couple of years ago and he loved that thing. Was super sad it was totaled. It did eat a CV shaft every year or so (protip: shell out for ones with a lifetime warranty) but other than that…
My point is you’re trying to discredit trucks by using your personal situation which is disingenuous and a bit ignorant.
Dear lord those renderings are godawful. Looks like the built-in crap in Autodesk-friggin-Inventor. Why is the car supersized in the “drifting” one? Why is it reflecting off the ground? Why are there NO REFLECTIONS or specular lighting WHATSOEVER? What the fuck?
Wouldn’t need a trailer with a truck. They have a bed for such things.
You put mulch in your chrysler 300?
I’m 22 now with a motorcycle and a Miata but I was 20 when I owned one of these. 1997, 200k miles, naturally aspirated engine, bought for $650 and painted john deere green as a joke. That stupid thing took me and three friends on a 2000 mile trip averaging 30mpg and being the most comfortable thing this side of a good…
I badly want a Seville STS.

I love these. I recently discovered the V8 LX-platform cars got a more reliable trans than the crap 4 speed I thought all LX cars had, which has me down the rabbit hole and dead-set on an ‘08 Chrysler 300C as my next car. I have driven a few and absolutely loved them. Probably the most modern boat-car in existence…
Gonna need more info about that XJ-S
I rather like the way those first two look. Quite handsome. The later one looks like a bloated blob.
On some turbo cars like that when you shift and let off the gas suddenly after being on the accelerator a little extra gas gets dumped in and doesn’t burn completely by the time the exhaust stroke comes along. The still-burning fuel/air mixture comes out the tailpipe as a flash of flame. Typically you don’t see this…
The least likeable main character in a movie ever?
