Lets not forget he was called a “racist” by Steven Bannon.  Steve freaking Bannon called him a racist, wow.

Bingo. The ADL has become an apologist organization for genocide and would prefer to label pro-Palestinian Jews as anti-Semites than a guy who explicitly endorses neo-fascist causes.

If he had been head of Nissan, it would have been a LOT smaller box to get him out of the country.

Why is he still CEO of two companies? Can you imagine the outcry if the CEO of McDonald’s or Chevrolet had done all the things he’s done?

“Weird talk coming from a car enthusiast site comment.”

Because the ADL is happy to have his money and influence when it comes to silencing pro-Palestine speech/protest.

It was weird. Like it felt so good the first time that he couldn’t help himself. Like somebody coming out of hiding into the fresh air.

The thing that really confuses me is why the ADL is denying it was a Nazi salute.

I didn’t realize you were talking exclusively about track racing and not any real world driving need... because driving like that anywhere else is reckless, illegal and nobody needs to drive that way nor does unless they’re some dumb kid of manchild with an ego problem.

Minor quibble, but it wasn’t just soldiers who participated in the Nazi crimes. Much of the Holocaust was carried out by local police forces, and plenty of people who weren’t in uniform did things like turn in neighbors for being Jewish/gay/communist/or other class targeted for extermination.

It's the Jalopnik premium. Economists are only now recognizing it's outsized effect on the economy.

When the CEO of the company is throwing out Nazi salutes it should cost the company dearly. Why anyone (other than Nazis and their sympathizers) would buy a Tesla now is beyond me.

1st Gear:

Let’s be real clear on something.

Even if they fired him tomorrow and took all of his stock away, I don’t know if I could consider one of their cars. To this day I still can’t bring myself to get Papa John’s pizza, and I used to love that shit.

He did it three times, at least once while standing behind the presidential podium.

In the past week alone, Musk has drawn criticism for appearing to performing a Nazi salute on stage multiple times, and then doubling down and posting a bunch of Nazi “jokes” on Xitter.

Ah the 5th Circuit.

1st gear: Of course Europe is getting angry. They’ve been here before, they’ve seen it before. The ‘that could never happen here’ is historical fact to them. We should take it as a warning.
