I don’t quite loathe it but close. Everytime I think about the book (I read it over 20 years ago and it still pops into my head from time to time) it makes me angry and depressed. I watch almost everything sci-fi and fantasy related but I doubt I will be watching this.

I think it holds up better then most movies do. Except their stunt at the end. I’ve learned a little more about physics since then... But thats ok. I like all sorts of movies with impossible stunts.

I love this movie. I rewatched it again recently and it was as awesome as ever!

Both of those things make me cry.

I have walked out of two movies, which were two very different types of bad.

Two People - Yoda.

I wish I had known that just because I wasn’t a virgin anymore did not mean I had to have sex with all of the guys I dated after the first one. I lost my virginity at 15 and I don’t regret it at all. However I do regret most of the sex I had in the following 8 or so years.

As a child I lived in a foreign country for a few years. My parents were used to driving on the right side of the rode and now we were driving on the left side. My dad adapted quickly. My mother on the other hand, not so much. On top of that she had never driven stick before either so she had to learn to drive stick

I thought she was refering to how easy it was for her and Carl to sneak out last season.

I get serious panic attacks. Here the thing: they only happen when there is no emergency. Anytime I have been in a serious situation I was relatively fine. Its afterwards that I panicked. Before I got it under control my life would have almost been better if I was constantly under pressure/threatened as I was able to

I’ve often had fits of uncontrollable laughter after sex, especially good sex (and occasionally I’ve cried). I always figured it was the adreneline.

I get giant packs of wooden matches at Canadian Tire. Both strike anywhere and waterproof (I have yet to see any which are both). I assume you could get them anywhere that has a decent camping section.

I’m upset that Donaldson made the list. I tried to read that book 3 different times because people kept recommending it to me. But its hard to concentrate on a book when you want the protaganist dead but you know there are 5 more books to go. I didn’t make it far enough to figure out who Lord Foul was on any of my

Yeah I’ve been to check it out. Its awesome.

Anecdotal but in the mid 1990’s in the Toronto area I used to get 2nd ed AD&D books all the time. And the library subscribed to Dragon Magazine (and Dungeon iirc).

My fiance was homeschooled by creationist wackadoodles. Consequently I no longer beleive homeschooling should be allowed. Some people just ruin it for everyone.

Thankyou for sharing this. I also have severe anxiety issues. I pretty much hit rock bottom about 10 years ago and have slowly and steadily been working my way up to awesome. And I still have bad days and occasionally bad weeks or months. However I have been learning to recognize whats going on, pay attention and use

You could try Arkham Horror. It is the first co-operative game I actually liked.

No contest: Twilight Imperium and only Twilight Imperium. Bring out the sweatpants!
