There are places where you have no choice but to live with an HOA. The key here is legislation that would curb the power of HOA and the kind of rules…

That looks 70s to me, not 60s. The 70s were when the commercial establishment started stealing 60s counterculture visuals to sell things to people who wished they had tuned in, turned on, and dropped out, but went to business school instead.

People like to make a lot of fuss about how much notice they should give as a courtesy to their workplace and colleagues, which I suppose is somewhat admirable, but seriously, the corporation does not care about you. If you were hit by a bus, they would post your job opening tomorrow and not think twice about it.…

Why would you ever give 60 days notice. 2 weeks is industry standard for professionals and non-professionals. If I was an employer I would ask the employee why are they only half serious about quitting?

CP. I couldn’t pay more than $3,000 to drive a car I didn’t like when it was new. It looks frumpy when compared to the other Japanese competitors of 1988. The 1988 RX-7 Turbo, in particular, was much more likable. The ‘80s 300ZX didn’t age well.
