Ummm with nothing? Or physical controls for hvac & radio since that is the only thing that you need that the screen may provide. Nobody needs a screen in their car. Or is it maps you’re concerned with? I’m pretty sure you have a phone. Problem solved. People who actively want screens in their cars are horrible people…
Or, simply do the right thing and eliminate the screen entirely.
