Just because it’s fun to pile on ... on Autotrader there are currently over a dozen CTS-Vs model year 2009 or later for under 30 grand. I don’t know what model year the “2nd Gen” CTS-V is, but if you go back a few years to (presumably) the first generation, there are almost 3 dozen CTS-Vs for well under 20k.
