Fair enough. Modern dishwashers and soap need a bit of food to stick to, to clean it. When I handwash I will rinse or soak with baking soda and water if it is really bad.

Jalapenos and a fried egg over grits sound good right now. My step-dad was from Mississippi and we had good grits.
