How the fuck is Blade Runner: 2049 not on this list? It’s probably the best world building sequel that doesn’t ruin the original film. The rest of this list is good though

After the first episode I thought they were paying tribute to Miami Vice in Don Johnson’s character’s memory with that music. I didn’t know they would do that for the entire show.

Gonna hard disagree on that one.  The level of ominous tension that the soundtrack is bringing to the show suits the dark themes perfectly.

I like the way it both calls back to the time period that fundamentally changed this society, and harkens back to a near future where tech could over power those who’ve spent so much time fearing it.

It was the heyday of Jim Varney as Ernest. Anything could get in to theaters.
