It is the latter.  I’ve yet to see a new raptor that isnt spec’d out with all the bells and whistles

the problem with the whole “well just unfollow toxic people” narrative is that you still, one way or another, end up seeing the toxic shit. Either in the discover page, or through the “your friend so and so liked this tweet” that shows up in your feed.
