I recently had a friend of 10 years totally ice me out. I’ve seen her in public a couple of times and we’ve made small talk, but that’s IT. She’s actually iced out most of our friend group. We were BEST friends for years. Honestly I don’t understand what I did (or we, the rest of the friend group), but she was truly a

MY QUEEN

ARE YOU ME?! I felt the same way. I literally just this week was like, “Sigh, I GUESS Emily Blunt is cool...”

I’ve got the Canon S95 from years ago, and it’s been dropped and beat up beyond words, and it still works great. My husband is a professional photographer with a lot of big beastly cameras, but he recommends the S series to all of our friends and family looking for a point-and-shoot. I really can’t recommend them

I’m going to a clothing swap with some girlfriends in two weeks and I cannot WAIT to unload the piles of clothes I own that I have rarely, if ever, worn.

YES! Styled like that, it would totally work.

ME TOO! Exactly one year ago! I now work for a university, I’m a graphic designer. I spent years in advertising, wasn’t for me.

Oh, I have a nail polish thinner, but I’m just saying I usually don’t care enough to save the old ones (unless they were expensive or something) because I can usually find a dupe for the color!

Yeah, I’ve tried to save my older colors but what’s the point? I always think with newer polish, the formulas are ALWAYS getting better, and it’s pretty easy to find a dupe if you really can’t live without a specific color from years and years ago!

Yeah I have two plastic bins that are about shoebox size that I got from Target, and my husband thinks I’m insane. I also purge stuff if I haven’t used it in a couple of years- I have lots of coworkers who do their nails and they’re always happy to take what I don’t use anymore!

Yes I want to know this too, and not in a snarky way. I have dry skin on my cheeks and I always wear moisturizer, so am I supposed to stand there and rub it in over the course of a few minutes?!? Honest question!

Oh, get ready to love her even more. As Cookie she’s... amazing. I don’t know how else to put it.

Marisa is a mega babe.

I spit out my drink!

YES! It makes me laugh. WHO would want that? Ouch. Why.

I think my husband used to like summer, but I’m pretty sure I too wore him down with my constant comments all summer like, “Wow, this is disgusting.” “I cannot breathe.” “Who likes being this sweaty?!” “Oh I LOVE bugs crawling all over me, summer is amaaaaaazing (to be said dripping with sarcasm).” And the funny thing

A WINE CARDIGAN. NEED.

exactly why I like it! I do love Sephora but Ulta is my go-to for all of my standbys.

I’m with you! And I’m not old! (oh God, wait, AM I?! I’m 32!) I buy a mix of high and low end stuff so Ulta (edited, I meant to write Ulta and not Sephora! D’Oh!) is great for me, plus I love that I can get brushes/styling tools there too.

Yeah Sephora feels more pushy to me, and at Ulta you can get your high and low end stuff in the same trip (i.e. I use higher end foundation and eyeshadow/liner, but drugstore mascara). I feel less pressure to buy there!
