Stat of the night: Joe Flacco has never had a 4-game stretch since their (looking more fluky all the time) 2012 Super Bowl run in which he had a QBR of 100+. He’s never even gone 4 games since then without an INT!

I swear to God I thought this was an Onion piece because of the headline. Seriously, good work to everyone involved.

What does he think about scaffolding though?

Come on, we all know there’s only one place to go for pizza in NY

Joe Harris looks and sounds like someone NBA 2K gives you when you first open create-a-player

I am glad to see the cross-collaboration between the The Onion and Deadspin includes the headline writers.

“Jahlil Okafor, the former third overall pick in the 2015 draft”
Isn’t he still the third overall pick in the 2015 draft or are the Sixers taking that away from him, too?

If only we all had someone to hold us like he holds that ball.

well he sure as hell cant go on the defensive amirite

“Ah, yes. While this performance was bad, it’s not as bad as that time I spent in Myanmar and left the company in the hands of some woman who paid for extraneous trinkets on the company dime, including a Russian hat made out of rat. Believe it or not, it wasn’t the worst decision she made. Her friend killed my mother

They could bring Ed Reed off the street to play in that game and he would be able to pick off Savage at least twice.

And we might get a sequel! From yesterday:

Take that Tom Savage! Step your game up (or down)!

I’m Team Meteor.

Like in the back of your mind you knew that America’s days as #1 was eventually going to end. Rome, England, etc. Reigns come and go.

+3/5 of a dallas cowboy star

He deserves a second chance guys. NFL is known for giving second chances, think of Michael Vick, Adrian Peterson, Colin Kae...::checks earpiece:: ...Ezekiel Elliott...

Isn’t it still better than having Phil Simms on TV?

As a VT grad and unabashed Tyrod fan, I was outraged over the decision to bench him. Watching Nick Wright’s take on it, and the stats to back it up, made it smell even more, both as a football decision AND a socio-political one. I hoped Peterman would fail spectacularly.
