I just wait it out until they have something I usually wear/use on offer. I got like 4 or 5 of the 500 point Caudalie Skincare sets when they had them, because I would've bought half the products in that kit eventually anyway.

I felt bad, because the customer in question looked cornered, and vaguely terrified. The employee was being a weird product bully.

I have perpetual dark circles (to the point where someone read me to filth for it last week), so you are not alone on that score.

Purple is ridiculously versatile, as is deep blue. However, I'm with everyone else on the eye shades used on the lovely Ms. Gigi being too frosty/applied too heavily

I'm third-ing this "please give us details" motion....what manner of product sorcery is this?

This sounds like heaven. Don't you also have a puppy to birthday binge watch with you?

For serious. I'm sitting in my chair like:

Ha! This. I was in Sephora a few days ago, and am employee had cornered some poor woman over by the Kat Von D stuff and was lecturing her on how she MUST use primer if she's going to wear foundation.

Happy Birthday to you too, since you and Dalila are birthday twinsies!

Happy Birthday!

Everything is better minus Chris Brown :D

I love the playful spirit these two have. You can tell there's a huge amount of love and respect between them......one is lucky to have that good of a friend in a lifetime. :)

You are very welcome! If you are also a pale olive, and want more recommendations of all sorts of products/there's something specific you can't find, feel free to bug me :) I'll do my best to help out. :)

In order of appearance and general amazingness:

1. Christine's lips are really pretty, and that lip color is amazing.

This lipstick....I need it. What color is this? It looks beautiful on her :)

I actually really love doing make up. Nice quiet me time full of pretty colors and things that smell nice.
Part of my jobs is daily exposure to everything from irrational expectations to entitlement to garden variety petty cruelty. No point in getting angry, really. I don't pay it much mind, my internal process is

LOL this would be my reaction. Thank the flying spaghetti monster I was born in a later era......the expectations of the time would've made me homicidal :D

I was totally down with the Batman pajamas...because Batman. Then I noticed the big hoop earrings. I used to be a big fan of large earrings, and because they have some weight on them, they're really easy to lose if you are moving about. The clasp nudges a bit, gravity does the rest.

At least with maxi pads, there is a slight chance of something that could be kind of sort of embarrassing happening(spotting). Social anxiety as selling tool gets critical mass LOL worthy when the product at hand is something so incredibly inconsequential that cause the sort or large consequences only seen in bad soap

The cuts/styles I wear are definitely more simple than I would prefer, but that's a better fit for my body type than the super architectural/severe/weird art fashion my eye is drawn towards.
