Stephen King’s son, Joe Hill, mentioned Pennywise in Nos4a2. Stephen King mentioned the villain in Nos4a2 in one of the Mr. Mercedes books, I forget which one, so I think the King Dark universe extends to the books by at least one of his sons.

I find myself really fascinated with him since he lost his wife since he has been so honest about it all, and spoken about grief in a way that resonates. Because his late wife and I share the same first name, the special was especially jarring when he spoke her name.

Really. I’ve long thought David Cross was an asshole. I’ve read his book, and he writes like an asshole. But this seems to be a case of ironic racism, which is still racism, but borne out of ignorance rather than malice. So, an ignorant asshole who, at least as of ten years ago, needed an education.
