It was a Fletch joke.  Yes, in 2022.

Hopefully her new friend Kate Bishop comes to her assistance

Sure why not.

Must be Wendy and Marvin fans.

Man. Sunday mornings. Car Talk, Garrison Keillor, the Traveling Wilburys, and the Judds.  The wallpaper of childhood.  Still a peaceful in the mind.  Rest in peace and thanks for the songs.

I think the problem is the diminishing returns of the format they found. They were pretty blatantly riding a cycle of “let’s repackage nostalgia as quickly as we think people will buy it”. What little characterization that could be done on the original 70s version quickly minimized on their show and became the “LOOK!

Yeah the 70's show was pretty damn zany, and worth watching. I laughed a lot.

You can’t really compare the two. The 70s were mostly scenery for That 70s Show. Love or hate the show, you have to admit it focused on it’s characters for the humor.

I like this switch. Flangella is Flangella, so it’s not like you can match that level, but Greenwood has done some really good work and is a good fit for this character.

My first apartment in Los Angeles in 1990 was 300 dollars a month. Gas was 77 cents a gallon. Cheeseburgers at McDonald’s were 69 cents. A first run movie ticket was 5 dollars. The good old days.

Putting one through right now, with two more in the queue.  Can confirm that college pricing has become completely untethered from any fundamentals of reality.

Tom Cruise *IS* our Ultimate Gen X entertainer.

The good thing about being a Gen Xer is my total student loan debt was $3500.

If they are siding professionally or personally with Marilyn Manson that seems like a clear case of, when someone tells you who they are, believe them

“Babylon BeeS.”

You ok bro?

Not sure why you’d click on an article about scenes from Doctor Strange and then complain about spoilers. It’s pretty obvious what this would be about.

Fuck yeah Robotech. Loved that when I was a kid

you’re both wrong kraven is still coming somewhere in between, too.
