Insane take. The sequel trilogy made $4.5B at the box office, not counting merchandise. Even the worst of the three grossed over a billion.

More importantly, the kids who grew up on those movies will be squarely in the key demo when the next film comes to market. Not to say that they won’t hate the new Star Wars…

I find it interesting that Kennedy gets all the blame for Solo, Boba Fett, Rise of Skywalker, Obi Wan, etc, but none of the credit for Rogue One, Last Jedi, Andor, The Mandalorian, etc. Is there a word for a woman getting all of the blame when things go poorly, and none of the credit when they go well?
