Just saying, “lying puppet-head of a daughter” probably would have gotten the job done.

Why is he playing a Squier bass? I mean, I have a Squier bass, but it’s because I’m poor.

[Deleted comment about this shitty take because I don’t feel like being berated by Yummsh.]

Don’t miss the B-52s! I caught them in Nashville this past weekend, and it was more fun than I could have imagined.

Why, tho?

This is the review that I needed to push me over the edge. What I want is more of Borderlands 2, with different settings and more guns. SUATMM.

If one wants to find out what movies are showing that aren’t being advertised on TV, the internet is definitely a thing. Services like Fandango, as well as the standalone websites for arthouse theaters, have their schedules posted.

The proud southerner in me wants to call bullshit on this comment. However, I spent the 90s in Middle-Tennessee, and three years of that in a suburb of Nashville working at Lowe’s, and, yeah, most NASCAR fans are toothless, sister-fucking white trash trump scum.

I would guess it’s because none of Wolfe’s works were adapted into successful film franchises.

Left-to-right, oldest-to-youngest. Two handsomes and a floof.

I’m thinking about maybe just going to see it and having a good time at the movies. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Disappointing, but not surprising. There’s a fantastic, PG-13 Nazi punching Indiana Jones v. Cthulu winner out there waiting to be made, but, at the heart of it, the lead character is still 7 feet tall, 4oo lbs, bright right, and with giant horns shaved off the top of his head. The absurdity of it all just doesn’t

If they don’t scale back the scope (and the budget) of these new entries, then they’re sunk. Star Wars was made for $11 million, which is 46MM in 2019 bucks. They should put a $100 million cap on the budget for any new entry and not hold it to the same standard of success as “The Force Awakens,” which, yeah, no Star

They did. Josh Gad is making it.

I live within 5 miles of (at least) five independent record stores that all sell new and used music, books, movies, etc.

This is nothing. Some rah-rah corporate video, presented semi-ironically (the audience is laughing the whole time), ultimately unveiling the brands first logo change in more than 25 years, which is probably actually kind of a big deal for the people that work there.
