From the other side of things I can assure you that Jeremy Sumpter also launched a thousand crushes in my age 11 self and cohort.

It will inevitably suffer in comparison to the Disney and 2003 versions, both critical Darlings.

Only when his feelings are hurt.

Or don't touch ff.net for the love of god

These were the bread and butter of Harry Potter fandom at its zenith. There were a few portmanteaus floating around (Snarry, Dramione, etc.), but it was certainly less common.

Well, I don't think that's a fair standard. The average shit contains an impressive amount of scientific information. *cue Everything Comes Down to Poo*

You're definitely not alone in that thought. Making killers famous is a huge problem. If you ever read/would read about sociology and violence, I recommend Jack Levin:

Now he's about to find out that being a staypler… isn't as easy as it looks!

But I will definitely agree that they are leaning on that device WAY too hard, and very few episodes from the more recent seasons have had something truly creative to say. They are

I'm not your friend, pal.

It really is measured by what the show is capable of doing. An A grade given to an episode of Hannibal says something very different from an A given to an episode of Glee, for example. This wasn't a bad SP episode by any means, but it was pretty much middling in terms of the quality they can put out.

I accept this system. No take-backsies!

You could try playing classical music for them if you prefer.

You do not remember right.
