I’m a lover not a fighter... or something. My biggest problem with the “special editions” is the re-insertion of Jabba into Star Wars (I was 9 when Star Wars came out in ‘77 so I still call it “Star Wars”). I know that was Lucas’ original plan, but because it didn’t work out and we only heard about Jabba in whispers

Most of the added content in the Special Editions throw in unnecessary junk that just distracts from the actual content you’re supposed to be paying attention, sometimes downright covering the screen with inane action when you’re supposed to be following the main characters, now reduced to background noise. And the

Yes, literally the only one 🙂

Yes. Yes you are.

Yes.

She’s 10, but she’s also a huge fan of anime like Attack on Titan. So, yeah... If I took her, it would definitely involve approval from my wife. I plan on catching it without her first, then running the content by my SO, to see what she thinks too.

Are we really to believe Bruce Wayne is ok with an amoral corporation that does human testing of safety gadgets and profits off the destruction he and his team causes?

They’ve pretty much turned the Bruce Wayne / Batman of the Earth-P into Adrian Veidt. It would stand to reason, that he would have a division or two, which would step in to repair the damage... probably for a hansom profit.

I shouldn’t, but I really want to take my little girl to see this. I think she would love X-23. Maybe if I pre-screen it first? I mean, I was younger than her when I saw Robocop, Alien, Predator, etc... and I’m only fucked in the head because of my parents, not the movies.

I really wish they kept the original concept of working for an evil insurance agency.

Annnnnd of course you have to get butthurt about something. Why am I not surprised?

Days of Future Past was better than about 2/3 of MCU movies, for what it’s worth.

Did the six year old write the script too? That might explain some of the characters. Kids are, after all, tiny little sociopaths.

And it had Kristanna Loken.

ffffffuuuuuucccccckkkkkk oooofffffffffffffff.

I’m just glad all the primary Inhuman characters, including the rulers, are white.

“Plus, outrunning the rest of your party isn´t all that smart.”

I liked this a lot more than Stranger Things (which I could not get into at all) for the reason you mentioned: I could relate to the characters and ideas in The OA and I could found nothing to relate to in Stranger Tings.

I thought there was more chemistry between those two than Kara and James.

I don’t think romance is the strong suit of any of the DC-CW shows.

Unpopular opinion: I enjoyed the 1994 Interview with the Vampire film more than the novel.
