The only person I can think of, off the top of my head, was W.  He took all that goodwill and worldwide sympathy from 9/11 and pretty much threw it out the window a few days later when he said “You’re either with us or against us.”

Drexel Engineering grad, too.  Yup- no one ever went to a game the entire time I was there.

I was about to say the same thing.  Drexel grad who never went to a game, nor did I know anyone who ever went to a game.

Thanks for posting the dentist page.  That’s the first thing that comes to mind whenever I think of Reyes’ Blue Beetle.  It was so out of left field.  That was when I realized how much I liked this character.

Hey! I would kill to have that much hair today. Also, I wish I was as in as good a shape as Alex is.

I just want to know which of the artists stole my 5th grade class picture to use as the model for Alex.  Damn if I didn’t look a lot like that kid when I was his age!

I’m glad Robo-Wizard Quest turned out to be a game that Gene and Alex devised and not, as I had originally suspected, some sort of generic D&D knock-off that the writers came up with because they didn’t want to call out a real RPG. It shows how Gene can be quite creative when he wants to be.

Now that you’ve brought up Marshmallow, I feel obligated to include one of my favorite Bob’s Burgers lines ever:

13 years is nothing. I waited 22 years for My Bloody Valentine to follow up “Loveless.”

I think that’s the last line of the movie, after they appear in our world.

It’s been a while since I read the script, so you are probably right. All I remember is that they appear in our world and a kid reading a comic book recognizes them as the Watchmen. Or am I remembering wrong?

Although, it’s implied that there are other Good Janets being used in Good Place neighborhoods.  Towards the end of the second season, Janet says that, due to all of her reboots, she is now the most advanced and human-like Janet ever.  This sounds like at least few Good Janets are out there.

I assume you’ve read Sam Hamm’s script, then? The one that began with terrorists blowing up the Statue of Liberty, and ended with the Night-Owl, Rorschach and Silk Spectre popping out of a comic book, into our world?

I was hoping that they’d be heading towards a small logging camp in the Canadian wilds, where they seek the advice of former serial-killer blood splatter expert.

Found the Scientologist.

Conceiving something and not finishing it? Excommunicate him!

“Close the store early, Harold.  Tonight we’re going to drink wine from a bottle!”

I thought the same thing about the dream sequence- that we were going to get another Studio Ghibli homage. This one was a little more subtle than the Totoro parody in their Thanksgiving episode.

RE6 was a huge disappointment to me. RE1 was the first game I ever played to completion, and I played every game in the series from 1 to 5 multiple times. In fact, whenever a new one was about to come out, I would pick up RE1 and play through every game in order before playing the new one. That’s how much I loved the

Is it available for viewing in the US?
