I am currently using Hover.com (a Tucows company) and am happy with their service and user interface. Will stay with them for now (like to support a littler guy if they are reliable, and Hover is.) But good to know, the big G is available if I need it.
A friend of mine, perhaps the most frugal guy I know, once told me he buys really good dinner napkins. Instead of the cheap ones that are 1000 in a pack, he gets quality ones. For a few pennies a meal, he feels luxurious.
I decided to jog my memory. The energy loss due to emissivity (radiation, more or less) is the fourth power of the delta T. That is, E is proportional to
As other comments suggest, this may be more complicated than it seems but the basic premise is false.
Not really a problem. The turkey remains cool as the water brings it up in temperature. You can do this with running water or frequent changes of water.
See the timetable on my turkey page. Depending on when you start, it tells you whether you can dry brine, wet brine, etc.

If you have work flexibility, go Tues, Wed, or Th at 1:30-2:30. That's my secret for Costco.
