I think we also tend to forget that commercial farming is why America is food-secure. Farm-to-table is a nice luxury for white millennials (such as myself) but there is nothing evil about the regular stuff. We’d starve otherwise.

From the LW: “Our guests have no way of telling the difference”

I want proof that all of my food has received counseling and consents with full knowledge to being my food. Especially the vegetables, because they can’t resist.

It’s still pretty clunky. The menus are also a mess. The only thing that feels good to play is Gwent, and you don’t even need Witcher 3 for that anymore.

I...didn’t like it. Everyone is right that the story and world and visuals are good, but as an actual video game it felt like rusty garbage to play.

The only food from a gas station that I will trust is prepared by a machine and packed with preservatives.

Florida is America’s America.

Hoo boy. Just save us all the aggravation and gray me out right now.

The opposites still need objects, really. Complain technically does to, but “complain” on it’s own is practically idiom now. If someone is a “complainer” you know what they are, but if someone is a “gusher” (gross) you want to know what about.

My dad says “This doesn’t suck.” That’s pretty good.

Wait until they find out where the bacon comes from!

Even the coverage elsewhere is pretty thin. No report on how many or how old the “boys” were, what they were actually doing, or why the police got involved in the first place. Was there call, or did he just roll by and start trouble?

If these were children, we would have known about it. Despite this article saying “boys” all over it (plus one “young men”), the reality is that this was several grown-ass men in a tiny front yard doing nothing in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Even if they were quiet and this was the first time, I can get a

Yeah, back in the beginning people asked me what my dream job was, and the truthful answer was “retirement.” The demand for fulfillment in your work is admirable, and I respect anyone who goes after their dream job, but my own dreams don’t involve work at all. That’s okay too.

I’ve been keeping up with the patches and haven’t noticed much personally, but I’m not quite at that level yet. (Though I have noticed that Iron Bear is a pea shooter even at normal Mayhem II.) Then again, I’ve always been more of an achievement or questing guy than a min/maxer, so as long as I can still get stuff

My doctor just called to yell at me for looking at this picture.

The excitement of the NFL has been reduced to the decision of the arbiters on high after the actual sports play is over. This is what happens when you imbue sports rules with the deadly seriousness of criminal justice but then barely even follow them. Is this still fun?

Just hit 50 on Borderlands 3. Gonna work on getting all the crew challenges and finishing the Trials and Circles of Slaughter in Mayhem Mode. Eventually I’ll burn through the story on TVHM, hopefully before the first major DLC. The amount of endgame stuff to do is huge compared to vanilla BL2, and that’s even before
