I think we also tend to forget that commercial farming is why America is food-secure. Farm-to-table is a nice luxury for white millennials (such as myself) but there is nothing evil about the regular stuff. We’d starve otherwise.

Yeah, back in the beginning people asked me what my dream job was, and the truthful answer was “retirement.” The demand for fulfillment in your work is admirable, and I respect anyone who goes after their dream job, but my own dreams don’t involve work at all. That’s okay too.
