Revenue =/= profit. It's revenue - costs = profit. I imagine owning and running an airline is an expensive endeavor.

This hints at a really important point that I think was missed in the article.

You don't need to be a martyr and drive for 16hrs strait. Get a hotel. It's safer for the two of you and everyone else on the road.

Now playing

"I wish I was a jelly fish / because jelly fish don't pay rent"

We're just 2 for now. For us it's just load, shut door, push button, go watch TV (rinse cycle doesn't need soap). And the load step has to happen no matter who rinses (you or the DW). I looked it up...my dishwasher uses 2.5-5gal for full wash cycles, so let's assume the rinse uses 2.5gals. Most sinks have flow rates

She might not have any left :)

We recently up graded our dishwasher (to the one shown in that video!). Many new dishwashers have a rinse cycle. The idea, as I understand it, is that you run the 10min rinse cycle daily and then run the full cycle once you're full. I guess at that point it's six of one half dozen of the other, but at least I'm not

We lost all the paint on one wall from that, part of our AC is in the attic and it started dripping water. The water ran down the walls behind the paint, which bubbled up and peeled off. If that's your problem there will be other clues (damp drywall), but since it's a bad thing that needs immediate attention I thought

I think your problems could be 1) oil/dirt on the walls that you should have cleaned, 2) you painted over non-flat paint without sanding, 3) you painted latex over oil without priming, or 4) you've got water problems. If it hasn't been too long yet, go talk to the SW guys, they may be able to advise AND they may give

That won't save you any money :)

I disagree, and America's Test Kitchen backs me up. If you are buying a non-stick frying pan buy the cheap Tfal. Teflon coating never last long, no matter what you pay. Also IMHO, le crusette is a rip off, buy the American made lodge brand pots, spend 1/4 the $$, and be just as happy (unless you can't be happy with

Say no to fabric softener in the towel load; that's what causes the problem you're des

Always read the label! There are two types of American cheese: Pasteurized cheese product (made of cheese), and imitation processed cheese product (made of corn starch and oil). Kraft is the former, store brands could be either and you have to check. If the store brand is made of cheese, it's probably just as good as

The cheap Kroger ketchup it quite acceptable IMHO, and like $1 less than the name brands.

The best/worst part is that Sherwin William's paint goes on sale for 20%+ off fairly regularly (sign up for their mailing list if you're thinking about painting), and with that discount it's not much more expensive at all. Maybe a few dollars, but you get much better paint and professional advice. Also, no cheap

MrLizard tried to pull that on me once with the dishes. Our new place has a weak dishwasher (the replacement should be arriving any time now!), and so if you don't pre-rinse the plates come out dirtier than they go in. One day I asked him to do the dishes and he didn't rinse them. I said nothing. He turned on the

I have been told that when my mom had me she got the "Ulga treatment" from the anesthesiologist. OB had vacuum on my head to pull, and the anesthesiologist straddled mom to push, and out came 10lb me. (Fun fact: I was 2 weeks late and born the first week of august, just like your brother!)

It is! Panache Sofie! Also many things by Royce.

My PhD is from Clemson...
