Because random hero mode helps players get out of their routine of picking the same character for a certain situation. That mode opened my eyes to using more characters in different situations. Plus it’s nice to get a garbage character roll at times haha.

Unless you suck with half the characters and, as a result, simply don’t play with them ever. You would be more comfortable in this mode because you would be forced into characters you may or may not play well but also now that, hopefully, others are in the same boat.
