I knew what you meant...I’m pretty sure I can speak for most people when I say that haha

Because random hero mode helps players get out of their routine of picking the same character for a certain situation. That mode opened my eyes to using more characters in different situations. Plus it’s nice to get a garbage character roll at times haha.
