That 10k was amazing. I spent 10 mins screaming at rupp to get outside. He proved me wrong by finding space in the last half mile.

When you make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, do you put the peanut butter on a different slice than the jelly and combine, or do you put one layer down and then the other on top? Why?
Chris, how do you motivate yourself when your team has no realistic chance of making the playoffs? Not trolling you here, just wondering what gets you busting your ass every day when you know that your roster has the holes the Vikes do this year?
Made that mistake once. Now the first thing I do when I get a new Krypto lock is register it online, and I keep a 'box of keys' that all my duplicates are stashed in.
1. I know they can be dorky, but for non commuting longer rides I love a good pair of cycling shorts. If you don't like the tight lycra, go with a baggier mountain bike style short with a padded liner.

Oh that's good.
True story. Solinsky won the Smiley Invitational one year in HS cross country (a very competitive meet with teams from all around the state) even after the 'pace car' (a golf cart) took him about 300M off track. Guy was just at a whole different level, and even more surprising was that he wasn't built like your…
Sad to not see Chris Solinsky in this race. I ran against him in high school (if you can call it that, it was Chris and then everyone else) and saw him shatter the Wisconsin indoor TFA 1600M record with a run of 4:09 with no one but himself to pace.
These conditions are just brutal for a qualifying time. It's unfortunate that a tactical race like this will end up with a lot of cutaways, but understand that most people don't want to watch ~25 minutes of guys running in a circle (as opposed to hundreds of thousands of people that will watch a car drive in circles…
Thanks for the heads up, just turned it on. Who do you think makes the team, and who do you think takes the win?
I'm only four months in, but I've gotta say that it's been fantastic. I'd chalk that up to the honeymoon period, but we aren't taking ours till August. Congrats again.
My father in law is a great person, but has no usable skills outside of dispensing prescription drugs and burning me pirated movies. I'm not sure if it's a blessing or curse that I'm now in charge of all grilling at every family function...
Surly Furious from my trip to the Twin Cities last week. I can't believe that I live in the Great Lakes area (Chicago!) and can't get local beer from Minneapolis.
Thought I was trapped in Univision, but apparently I wasn't alone.
As someone who just got married a couple of months ago (and posted the same question, but I lost my comment history in the twitter login conversion), here's my advice
Not funny...
Cathey's part of a legacy family that's struggled in the classroom at Memphis. Look at the problems his grandfather had when he took Mass communication.
As an unstarred commenter who's made a couple unsuccessful runs at it, I've gotta say I wish I woulda made it to the mountaintop at some point.
