You pretty much described an S2000.

Why does VW offer 40 different choices? Everyone just chooses metallic grey.

Yeah, i want to hate it but it’s much more suited for me than my F150 with a 6.2L. I use the bed of my truck once or twice a month and pull a trailer a half dozen times a year. This would work for 99% of what I currently use my truck for.

I don't know anything about motorcycles, but I do like cafe racers, so I say go for it.

Selling a 1-2yo car is always dicey in my opinion. It’s too damn close to a new model and potentially better financing to just opt for the new model.  Factor in that it’s a private sale vs a dealer and that might really also dissuade someone from buying your right priced vehicle.

People laugh at the idea of autocross when you explain it to them on paper, but loose their shit when they sit in the passenger seat. I want everyone I know to experience it.

Holy crap. Had not heard a thing about this before now and I love Max Payne and Alan Wake.  Alan Wake + Metroidvania sounds kickass.

Don’t these people know better than to get on a bus with Keanu Reeves?

The three kinds of white Root commenters.

On the rotor itself, I’m bothered exactly ZERO amount since the pads will remove it within the 1st brake press.

However, the rust on the area between wheel and the rotor irks me to no end. There’s no reason for that area to rust on a mid to high end vehicles.

i agree totally. Reason its gonna be hard to pry my miata from my hands as a track day car. Small cheap car. Smaller costs.

Totally agree. Had mine for almost 4 years now. First 3 years it was my sole DD and I definitely enjoyed every moment with it (And proving everyone that DD-ing a FRS in Canada is totally doable). My only complaint is the low end torque and lack of cargo space (Yes I am aware I am not buying a FRS for those).

My dad bought it in ‘84 and drove it once. He passed in1984 and my brother and I passed it back and forth. It eventually became mine and my oldest son calls dibs on it, so in my lifetime, that’s forever

I’ve never considered myself as having a ‘forever’ car but Elise and I are close to 11 years into our mutual hostage situation. I’ve rebuild...all of it. I should probably just accept that it’s a forever car.

I’m really happy for you, and I’ma let you finish, but the SAAB 9³ had the best cupholder of all time.

My Camry has been a great car over its 16 years, but having to replace the intake manifold on the AZ four banger was a nasty surprise. The car easily makes up for that in how little it has needed in non-wear item repairs over the years. But if you are expecting them to have gotten every single thing perfectly correct,

I’m kind of surprised that Toyota would essentially subcontract out the engines of two of their cars, especially for a halo car like the Supra. If those engines aren’t as reliable as people expect a Toyota engine should be, they’re risking a major hit to their reputation. People are going to look at the emblem on the

It’ll likely be the most reliable bmw in decades. BUT, it’ll most certainly be the least reliable toyota of all time.

I legit came to the comments to say “Glad I went with the Miata.”

Man, supra owners are going to have a GREAT time with toyota techs working on their BMW engines....
