What’s they really need to do is sub out the manufacturing to a company like Magna.

Michael Ballaban emphasizes 300 welds less....as a negative. The fact Tesla is transparent and open about this, would lead me to think, their engineers know what they are talking about, and this should be a positive.

As for the $35K Model 3... that’s not gonna happen until they clear the backlog.

GM’s doing exactly what they said they would: build and sell 20k-30k 200 mile BEV’s with an MSRP of ~$40k. The Bolt has been on sale for over a year and the only Bolt related drama is that in some non-primary markets buyers have been wait listed.

Well, when you’re in debt up to your eyeballs, having trouble getting your shit together, and the only thing standing between you and oblivion is the cult of personality you’ve built around yourself, one tends to emphasize their inconsequential positive attributes.

A)

Things might have gone better in the future with better engine management

Well, you do have an affinity for incomplete British cars that expose you too the elements.....

And “tactical polos” a regular polo shirts with a few loops to hook a radio mic to and some hidden pen pockets.

I was comparing the Bolt to other small hatchbacks. I realize that  being an EV puts it in a different category, but it is still a small hatchback.

Oh yeah the Waffen SS were total monsters.

Right, but keep in mind the Bolts platform mate the Trax sold about 180K in the same period.

I’m glad it’s doing well.

[Raises hand]

Yeah, Cadillac dropped the wreath and stretched the crest. Then the brought back the wide “V” as a design element. Hardly a complete re-badge.

Yeah, and 15 years ago Cadillac was an old people brand too.

I don’t understated the reference, but I get the reference.

Ok, what badge should it have?

This is also the same guy whos lack of manufacturing experience forced him to add a second line and a third shift to meet his goals.

That’s terrible.
