So its the Starlink of trains?
So its the Starlink of trains?
This is just some Hyperloop-style grift bullshit.
I recommend everyone watch this video, because this is nonsense
I actually came back to say the same. Elon Musk is not great.
Surely this is a cannabis-fueled mega troll
This has been parked at the Petersen for a while now, you guys.
Everybody needs to leave my mustang suv baby alone now...
I could see Chrylser getting some captive imports from PSA and getting a competent SUV. A brand name means more than anything and killing Chrysler would be a bad decision.
The Cruze is way nicer than that. Cobalt, maybe
Building it into a hot rod defeats the purpose of it being a pickup. Literally what every hot rod build is.
Yakkity Sax reaches across all generational barriers.
The Renault 5 is a beautiful work of automotive sculpture, that is essentially timeless on account of its simplicity. The Ritmo on the other hand, though pretty for its own era hasn’t aged quite as gracefully on account of some, rather distinctly of its era, styling gimmicks (although its restraint is admirable in an…
Used car buyers are also staying away from these vehicles. Look at the often-poor resale value vs. any number of more popular vehicles. Used or new, most buyers want something more comfortable, larger and more fully featured than a base strippo “cheap and simple” small car. The market and customer expectations of…
Most US retail new vehicle buyers aren’t interested in cheap and simple and won’t buy those vehicles, though.
People always forget that Toyota has put more drive batteries and power trains into cars than the whole “EV” industry combined.
You raise a compelling point here, pal. I'd watch the hell out of a Christine redemption arc movie where Christine gets Young Protagonist out of a different, unrelated spooky situation.
Yea the Model 3 is definitely the more sensible choice, but Porsche isn’t competing with the 3. I get about 330 wh/mile at 70mph on my Model S (21" wheels), so if anything the Taycan is battling that. Though honestly I don’t think Porsche is battling tesla at all; I think if anything, its looking to win over existing…
“I broke down on lap 1 but it's okay because I was driving a Jaaaaaaaaag..."
I’ve been an automotive machinist since the late 70's. You got it-once carbs went away, the need for the 80k rebuild did too. Plus better oil-better materials-and actual engineering rather than crappy redo’s of the same engines designed in the 50's. The need for our work is down 75% compared to when I started. It’s…
i think it has to do with carburated engines. The moving parts wear out over time, making it perform slightly less consistent. While electronically injected engines can adjust according to their lambda sensor.
