Music industry major labels are getting more and more ruthless as their numbers dwindle. At least now there are more outlets for musicians to get around having to sign with these clowns to find exposure, even if making a living off of music is a tough road. Read the contract!

While I admire the presence of video game companies in that list (we've come a long way, folks! D: ), I'd have to go with Walmart as the de-facto evil company.

I know a certain otherworldly evil cosmic god that wouldn't mind playing that. I think amongst his cult worshipers there would be a match or two...

I know that this show is winding down but Capcom should boot Bakhtanians immediately. The fact that this was footage from day two of the broadcast is not a good sign; you'd think action would have been taken to reign this creeper in. The fighting game community deserves better representation than this guy. It has a

Judge John Hodgman had a funny podcast on the practice of picking random letters and using words that you are not self aware of in Words With Friends or any Scrabble-type game. I go by his verdict on this one, but just to be a jerk, you'll have to listen to the show to find out what that is... if you care. Did I

I don't see these types of intrusions, where potentially sensitive data is compromised, slowing down. With more and more purchases being done online and large amounts of data lying about, it's kind of the bank robbery of the new age, except with less up-front violent potential, less of a chance to get caught on the

People handing a giant pile of money out of good faith to a pair of geniuses that helped to shape my youth through excellent adventure games? Belief in the goodness of humanity enhanced!

His campaign must have had to be clever with their signage. "Vote Fourkiller" sounds downright scary. Oh, the attack ad possibilities. Enter the Super PACs!

Hmm, Donkey Kong Country Returns was the last game a played all the way through before ousting my Wii, and I know what you mean, it was a great feat for a platformer. One thing is that the new Rayman isn't nearly as difficult. That said, it holds up to the caliber of level design in DKCR and adds some truly beautiful

1) Yes; and 2) Reports have said that Ubisoft may be testing the waters for BG&E2 with how well Rayman Origins sells. It hasn't been selling truckloads in spite of great reviews, but hopefully that will change with the new SKUs coming. Got to try it a bit and it is excellent.

That's true, to a degree. The other thing to keep in mind though is that he is playing both characters one-handed. He's done combo videos of that sort in the past, but to switch up parrying with one character and combos with the other is more a feat of extreme multitasking. I'm most impressed with the initial Ryu vs

I'll go with Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP. Jim Guthrie's soundtrack is so integral to the game that for me it ended up being the driving force for progressing. Stumbling upon the place where this tune is played and realizing that I could add my own notes through a tree-based keyboard made the ride worth it.

Aphex Twin's earlier works before he got into the ultra-dense chaos of IDM/braindance/drillnbass/whatever its called stuff was beautiful. I love those mad tracks like Windowlicker and the "Richard D James Album" too, but listening to this, Classics, and the Analogue Bubblebath records is serene. Makes for good

I don't know, I think this little guy would win in a fight. Mind you I don't hate pancakes as much as he does, I just think that waffles have the superior crust and texture factor, along with convenient cubby-like spaces waiting to be used with a variety of side products.

Was just about to post a video too, so as a reply then. Because words cannot describe how bad the PC port of SF2 was. My elementary school friend said to come over and give it a try when he bought it. Half the enjoyment was talking up how crappy the game was while waiting for it to load before every single damn

Hah, another tick in the "soda is bad for you" column... As a gamer that uses a soda brand for his username, I'll be blunt in saying that concerns about soda consumption should be taken seriously. I've been pre-diabetic for awhile as a result of an unhealthy diet and horrendous consumption levels of sugar water,

Something seems off about the whole matter, and what with tight lips and specific reasons, it's going to be a wait and see issue. However, when it comes to huge game publishers, I tend to have a sense of apprehension at this point between publisher demands and creative direction. The delays for Last Guardian might be
