I agree, there’s more than one path to success here. I was just saying dark Rey could be one of those ways.

Rey going full evil would be great. Probably not enough to save this disappointing sequel Skywalker trilogy—and J.J. who started this mess is calling the shots after all—but it would be the most interesting thing to happen since Return of the Jedi.

It’s like you guys have never seen a negotiation before.

Sony and Disney are both to blame here. It’s two multi-billion companies trying to be as greedy as they can be. I know... shocking.

I’m not a David Spade fan per se, but I thought his run on Just Shoot Me! was pretty good, especially for a sitcom of that era.

This show does some great music. From the opening time lapse from 50 to 200 post-wrestling shows, while Siouxsie and the Banshees - “Kiss Them For Me” plays on, to Cherry and Carmen mud wrestling to Heart - “Barracuda”, it hits all the right nostalgia buttons.

Melanie’s and Jenny’s monologues were touching and sad, but considering how many superb dramatic scenes GLOW has done, there was something about it that seemed slightly contrived. It still did the trick, but it might be an example of the one complaint that seems to hold water, in that it has to rush some things at

That look Sam and Ruth give each other when she beats Debbie, and he raises her arm in victory, is one of shear joy and relishing the moment. I laughed out loud a few times during this episode.

My jaw dropped at not only how good Sheila was as Liza the whole time, but much like the other girls, it was shocking to see her out of the wolf get up.

Can I just gush over the Cherry and Debbie scene? That was such a cathartic moment for both characters.

“What’d I miss?”

Gilpin and Brie killed in that scene and it’s nice to see them take yet another step towards being friends again.

This episode, due to it’s framing, could have been a drag but GLOW once again shows it’s amazing chops. The “day off” where we get to see these characters interact and their relationships were done so well.

I thought the Cherry-Keith baby conflict was well set up last season. There was a scene where Keith expressed the desire to try to get pregnant again and she didn’t say anything but you saw on her face that she wasn’t really into it.

I really loved the scenes between Cherry and Denise, and really hope we get more of them. There were especially two nuances it added to the episode that I enjoyed.

The burger dinner scene flowed so comfortably. These are two really good actors and it’s always such a pleasure to see them together.

Are younger viewers even going get the Michigan J. Frog joke without wikipedia?

Great return and welcome back GLOW!

I liked the Sklar Brothers appearance though I’ve always been a sucker for their act. They did a good job with their sleezy characters.

There’s GOT to be more Toby Huss coming. You can’t tease me like that.
