The meta sitcom-y jokes are pretty lazy. Amber Nash has strong comedic chops, but it’s hard to sell material that half-assed.

The average article/review barely cracks 50-100 comments nowadays. That’s even if your show is getting recapped/reviewed in the first place. The only topic that seems to get close to the activity of the good ole days was Game of Thrones, and sometimes, MCU related ones. And most of those commenters are one-off burner

Obligatory “It can be two things,” but also yes Kinja has all but killed off the comments section. Remember when a regular mid-season episode review of Community would rack up like 2,000 comments in the first day?

“Sterling stole something from Barry-6 and it’s in the safe. So this whole idiotic fiasco is his fault..”

The tone, mystery, and atmosphere are the most intriguing parts of the trailer/short film we got the other day, when compared to the gameplay that looked... let’s say less inspired.

Yep.  I’m 90% sure I’ll be watching this on Youtube instead of playing it.

With the release of Dark Phoenix, it’s a shame that along with Captain Marvel we will have two 90s period comic book movies that are average.

I liked First Class and Days of Future Past. I think given the aging of the the first two Singer movies, that they are the best FOX produced X-Men movies of the entire run.

I’m getting the feeling that, like the MGS games, this will be a game that’s more fun for me to watch than to play.  I don’t like doing that most of the time, but the MGS games are fun as hell to watch and shitty to play(in my opinion anyhow).

Bullet-Tooth Tony wouldn’t take guff from any X-Men!

Now playing

Sounds like this movie has 100% less Vinnie Jones than it should be allowed to have.

A ‘C’ grade? Don’t raise my expectations A.A.

The ongoing Queen greatest hits throughout the series is exceptional. I’m surprised any show could get the rights to that much catalog post Bohemian Rhapsody, never mind afford it.

I’m totally down with Pattinson as Batman, since he’s outgrown the Twilight thing and more than proven his acting chops.

Oh, so like a regular Sunday morning for me.

Pattinson always looks as if he’s just woken up after an evening spent getting drunk/beaten up.

This episode was the best paced yet, with movement of the narrative finally throttling to full speed. There were some definite shortcuts for a few characters that can be criticized, but the actors look like they are so committed to their performances that it didn’t really bother me.

🎵Last name wagon, first name band 🎵

If I’ve seen a show in my lifetime where the opening credits started near the thirty minute mark, halfway through the episode, I don’t remember it. A pretty ballsy move, where that first half better be good, and it was fantastic thanks to the brilliant odd couple bromance that is Sheen and Tennant.
