Jon Hamm.. uh.. hamming it up is a pleasure. Sheen and Tennant talking Velvet Underground and B-bop is something I never knew I wanted.

I took time out of my day to see that bitch at the Coronet in San Francisco (may it rest in peace), one of the best theaters I’ve ever been to, and one of the 32 original theaters where A New Hope was screened back in ‘77. It blows my mind.

Don’t be hard on yourself Yummsh. You had plenty of fellow PMS compatriots at the time, self included.

That’s a good one... I think I’ve expunged it from my memory so that’s why I hadn’t even thought of it.

I’m also a huge DC fan. Marvel too but DC was my first love as a youth.

The Phantom Menace is the clear answer here, but man, it’s weird. I remember very clearly suffering from a bad case of PMS (Phantom Menace Syndrome) at the time. I was having the hardest time actually convincing myself that Star Wars could suck. It couldn’t be true. I saw it multiple times, bought the toys (the toys

Game of Thrones is still such a fresh wound, that I’m reluctant to say that the decision to rush the story the last two seasons, and give us a shadow of itself for an ending, is eventually going to be one of my biggest disappointments. I think I still need some distance, even though it’s looking like the case.

I couldn’t agree more. As one of the longest standing members here that saw most of the longtime community drop The AV Club—primarily because of the Kinjapocalypse—one of my biggest pop culture disappointments is just how much this site went downhill during the Univision takeover in general, and still suffers to this

Can you change disappointing to horrifying?

AV Club: Kinja was pretty disappointing.

I thought as a defacto pilot it was pretty good, since those are usually left to do the heavy lifting of setting things up, without much of a payoff.

It’s too bad Green Day had an album named American Idiot, it would have been a perfect biographical themed album for Kid Rock.

If Ruth cheats on her new cameraman boyfriend with Sam I am going to be displeased. Even worse would be if she reconnects with Debbie’s now ex-husband.

HELL YES!

Unfortunately, I’m still rewatching season 3, after getting through the first two seasons over the last month (I’ve been busy).

I already told my wife and kids that this is my plan for the weekend, and that it is just something they have to deal with. I also said that, for today only, losing the remote before 8 gets you kicked out of the family.

you hoopleheaded whorelicker, there was more shitwiping diversity of expression on the toilet paper these sisterfucking writers flushed after a day’s work than your mindless use of “motherfucker”, as imaginative as a cocksucking mongoloid hungry for carrots.

OR, and I’m just throwing this out there, you could motherfucking skip most of this and watch the motherfucking Deadwood movie six to eight motherfucking times. I’m not saying that’s my motherfucking plan, but it’s not not my motherfucking plan.

B is certainly a good grade, but given the outstanding reviews I’ve seen by other critics, it almost seems low. I’m pretty excited by the cast, and of course the two leads in particular. Tennant and Sheen are absolute gems.
