    That's what I thought too

Except it wasn't about vengeance, wasn't expertly directed, and didn't feature great acting and compelling believable characters.

Mexico is inexplicably empty compared to like everywhere in TWD. Why is this? Do most zombies migrate north?

So when the camera zooms in more it becomes much harder for people to see the Walkers coming. (Seriously imagine guys with guns standing 40ft down a road from a horde and somehow getting killed in a continuous wide shot)

You are giving the writers too much credit, it was more that they hadn't decided if cool guy was secretly evil yet that and/or they wanted more beats of suspense regardless of if they made sense.

Madison can only feel kind towards Strand if it gives her an excuse to be even more bitchy towards somebody else.

They are worse then dead weight, because they often result in others dying.

This episode totally convinced me that the writers have no idea where they are taking this show. At least with TWD the comic provides a backbone that means things are leading somewhere. This just felt like a stock (mid)season finale "let's have our heros split up so they can dick around and meet up again, let's have a

But who are the real monsters: Your family, or the horde of flesh eating zombie monsters?

He should've hit it with his sword so he could warp back there later.

Why was Jim Gaffigan on that show? I like him but I assume I can always avoid those types of shows. Am I wrong?

Daniel is too big of an asshole/ruins-nice-things guy. Nick I can tolerate, not sure why, maybe just because he has a weird face. Strand is the only real character though.

"What's on tv?" "Idk, a bunch of stuff from the public domain"

"Hey remember that time we let out a stadium of zombies on military people who were skeptical of and about 100 innocent prisoners? Yeah let's let more zombies loose for fun!"

She is the most entitled zombie apocalypse survivor ever. "I considered abandoning your from the boat you rescued us on and letting you freeze to death in the water, you owe me for rescuing you from danger I was complacent in putting you in even though you save everybody all the time and we'd be dead without you."

Maybe all the characters are in a competition to be the biggest asshole and he knew he had to make up some points.

Their narrowness makes you know it's dramatic

After you read the scripts maybe your face gets stuck in derp face mode.

HEY BART! WANNA SEE MY NEW HOCKEY MASK AND CHAINSAW?!?

Don't insult Shane with such a comparison.
