Speaking of Santa, I don't know why but I kind of expected an episode to mention Christmas particularly in a Christian themed season. I guess Beeman's "ho ho ho" was the closest we got. But between what episodes would Christmas have happened? This one and the previous one? I think we are in 1983 January by now.

It better not be Mail Room Robot.

I can't argue with that, but at the same time I've never liked Nina and so I'm not that interested in her. That guy missing his kid is likable though and I guess Nina is the only way we get to follow his story. I do like how a character who seemed to just be a random target of mission of the week has turned into a

As long as we are going there I did kind of notice her cleavage is very pronounced in the hotel outfit but then when she's getting into bed with Philip she isn't that busty. I guess the wonderbra is part of spycraft?

    My observations:
    1. They once again played hints of Korobeiniki (The Tetris Theme) when Elizabeth starts to go down on Phillip, speaking of…
    2. The award for saddest BJ recipient ever goes to Phillip, his face looked like he got told he had cancer while at the DMV

It's like Santa Beeman came early this year!

Each week it's a fight for me between Paige and Nina as to who I care about less.

And actually sometimes the disguises have "obvious features" to distract the person so a baseball cap standing out might distract the person from subtle facial features, like that time she wore a fake scar or whatever.

"There was one other thing my husband brought back from W W 2… this shotgun!" *Fires Shotgun at Elizabeth*

And the two robots bump into each other in the hall going opposite directions and exchange a series of beeps as a love song starts playing?

Americans is a super swell show, don't get me wrong… but don't ever say any show has better dialog than Justified. That show's dialog is a masterpiece every episode.

I like this season a lot more than the other 2, they were shot flatter and were annoyingly a lot about sex, which I find narratively boring as fuck (pun intended). This season Beeman (sp?) has finally learned to emote in a way that has paid off his previous restraint and Phil/Liz are growing into (slightly) more

Plus Gabriel is such a smug Scrabble player.

The one issue I had was that Elizabeth really didn't have to go into that room. She wasn't spotted and Phil didn't need to be in that room, she could've used her spy skills to see it was just an old woman doing work and not go in. It's like she wanted to talk to her then realized she had to kill her, like the old

I love the Mail Room Robot, I love this episode's title, and I love this reviewer's love of the Mail Room Robot. There is just one complaint: Normally we are pretty good at talking about the nudity on the show and whether it's appropriate, necessary, and in good taste, but this episode has the most scandalous nudity

'F' is a bit much though. That kind of grade should be reserved for the likes of the finale of Dexter.

Too bad Phil couldn't say the same thing, boom.

Yeah, I took that flatline as definitive. If you are saying "she tries to save him and he dies" that is how you do it. You can't make it more definitive without ruining the impact of the scene's pacing. IMO

This is like the bleakest show ever, but I feel like it's a show more about optimism than what you describe, so I kinda doubt that ending.

Yeah, he was basically a bad person last season and a good person this season. I think they might have planned to make the change slower, but because of feedback made him more likable quicker. But even then they justified it with the private time he spent with Carol.
