I give that game sole credit for how good I am at packing things in a trailer/truck. I’ve had a number of times where the “you going to need two trips” challenge has been issued. I didn’t.

When I first setup to install windows, I actually unplugged my HDD to make sure Windows loaded on the SSD. Once everything was finished, I installed the HDD, and save everything there. Most of my data is used on pictures/videos and music; stuff you don’t need superfast computing for, so I just save it to folders in

See, and I don’t buy the updates bit either; mostly because the article still stays in the same place on the timeline. If it was re-upped to the top, it would be different. But 99% of people aren’t going to see updates, unless they’re particularly invested in the story. That’s what gets me so mad about the media’s

It doesn’t matter in the slightest where it is. Purposely misleading readers is purposely misleading readers, and makes your website/magazine/newspaper/blog look like a complete piece of trash.

Yeah, there’s really no reason to test the speed of HDD’s. Keep your OS on an SSD (M.2 even better than regular SSD), and go from there. My PC will start up and be ready to go in 7-9 seconds, but I’ll actually wait and hear the HDD spin up when I need to access it’s files. I’d be more concerned with its reliability

Yeah, purposely misleading readers to get views which is first class BS.

I never understood why people just haphazardly threw crap into their cart. Granted, I’m a bit OCD when it comes to setting geometric objects into a set space (too much Tetris as a kid), but I’ll see people crush their own breads and produce by chunking stuff on top of it. I’m even particular putting stuff on the

It’s purposely misleading and deserves to be called out. If you’re fine with simply believing everything anyone tells you, then be my guest.

Ha! That’s someone in front of me taking a photo.

That’s all I saw.

One word, One letter, One number: McLaren F1

The gold is almost a touch too orange-y. Might be studio lighting/overly contrasted photos. The Subaru gold posted below is more muted and perfect.

I don’t think they ever have. They post article after article complaining about one car winning all the time, and put on rose-tinted glasses for 35-40 years of F1 history when exactly the same was true. Red Bull dominated 4 years (I know there was some competition for 1.5 of those years), Ferrari has dominated,

The cars will be as “pretty” as the rules and aerodynamics allow them to be. There’s a reason they all look exceptionally similar to each other. I’m not crazy about the nose, and I hate the shark fin, but they’re not there for aesthetics. Design is a pure offset of function here, and I can respect the beauty of that.

As shitty as I think it looks, Plasti-dip on wheels is good for one thing: showing you how bad the wheels are getting curb rashed!

3 months ago. Verstappen in the rain in Brazil, in cars much much harder to save. The only article with a speed I saw has him somewhere around 180mph, I’m thinking closer to 155-160.

Ah, the “lets see you do it” argument. Never did I say I could, but simply, in the world of pro drivers, this isn’t an ultimate save.

So, at the time the backend came out, he was doing 227 kph, which is 141 mph, not 160. And this really isn’t that insane of a spin; tank slapper at a quick speed, absolutely. The car didn’t even get sideways until 60 mph, and by then the gravel trap saved him. Hardly the “best save ever”.

Yeah, I wouldn’t say it was achingly beautiful. Great film for sure though.

I’ll be interested to see if the teams use that large space between the back of the wing and the suspension in any way. Now that the front wings are angled instead of straight across, there’s a big gap there.
