GTO or S197 Mustang.  Both are comfortable coupes with a characterful engine making all the right noises.

Dammit, you beat me to it

Bad take.

Yeah, it’s a pretty cool looking machine... even if it’s inherently douchey.

Here’s kind of a weird take: the Ford Maverick is embarrassing. Not to Ford, though. It’s embarrassing because it is a HUGE success, but no other automaker seems to be able to create their own version! It should be so simple!!! Just take your small CUV, lengthen the wheelbase a bit, and add a bed!

I’ve seen a few around, but saw my first yesterday that was in a real color. Looked a lot better in orange than the black/gray shades I’d previously seen - and less “murdered out”. But yeah, the guy driving it was definately a douche.

Nissan Altima. It’s a meme, and not a good one.

The EV Hummer, proper douche bro machine.

The only way this is a NP is if a hella enthusiast who built their whole personality around the aesthetic of this truck needed something to demonstrate to the world that they peaked in HS. No Dice.

Could be worse, could have the look of a glued tablet right in the center, like a Tesla or a Ford.

And soon as you allow cars to communicate truthful information to one another, people will be able to communicate malicious information instead.

I had one for a month as a rental car. It was fine. It was not fancy or special. But it was completely fine. If they improved the gas mileage and made the third row easier to access it would be... fine.

You don’t have to worry about that; once the NHTSA is gutted, you’ll never hear about any unsafe cars again.

Jesus fucking christ, you’re right. Trump is basically Reagan for the 80's nostalgia addicts.

Washed up TV personality, obviously in mental decline, consults with quacks on policy decisions*, overtly hostile to unions while still getting lots of blue collar votes...

The K platform worked well with engines that weren’t too big or too small. The 2.2L, despite its being a little coarser than the competition, could get 30-35 MPG easily with a stick, and with today’s induction systems and transmissions, 40 would be attainable.

I am a pizza squad member over at stay tuned. hoping the IP gets picked up and some of the cars live on. a world without general mayhem and crusher impala content is a world i don’t want to live in.

On the upside, with our new HHS Secretary we will all be eating our roadkill instead of having to bury it in Central Park.

I’m not defending TESLA but, There’s definitely a lot more to this. The folks killing people in Buicks are probably geriatric so could be the demographic driver that’s the issue not the car itself. I see no reason why a Buick would we any different than an equivalent Platform GMC or Chevrolet. EV’s in general are more

What I’ve seen in my career is that a lot of very smart people aren’t aware of the fact that they aren’t smart in all things.

Restomods are by and large bad
