The FOMO is still there, but I think they’ve done a decent job at mitigating it. Instead of seasonal content disappearing after the season ends, it’s all available for the entire year until the next expansion drops. I like the fact that I can hop in, play for an hour or two, and log off without feeling like I need to

What platform are you playing on? I recently upgraded from PS4 to PS5, and I’ve had fewer bugs than I ever have.

Yeah, the occasional day of downtime is a little disappointing, but not that bad in the scheme of things. I have other games to play. D2 going on a hiatus would actually allow me to tackle some of my backlog. Lol

Couldn’t disagree with you more. Each season is $10, and lasts for several months. The story progression, new gear to hunt for, and new modes easily make for $10 worth of content. Only once since the seasonal model was introduced have I felt like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth, but that was the season that

D2 has more weapon archetypes than Apex has weapons in total. Apex gunplay feels fantastic, but there’s nothing on the market that beats D2.

There are indeed pros and cons to the stainless body. You’re right, they would be easier to manufacture and prepare due to just needing the surface finish, and likely a quick spritz of a satin clear coat.

Bare stamped stainless steel body panels on a car are dumb for several reasons.

I wonder if synthetic fuels or hydrogen combustion will be the way forward for motorsports. I really don’t see F1 going full EV any time soon. I’m sure there’s a way to produce carbon-neutral alternative fuels that’ll work for F1. The sport is such a money sink anyway that they wouldn’t have to worry about economies

Honestly, this is the best case scenario for Tesla. Musk’s usefulness has run out, and now he’s a source of controversy and terrible ideas. His input just leads to product delays due to idiotic requests, like the falcon doors on the Model X and the stainless steel body on the Cybertruck. I’m sure the mechanicals of

Looks like this really is the Subaru show. Those were some stringent requirements. I put in the requested specs into AutoTrader, and it was all Foresters, WRX wagons, Patriots (ew), and Wranglers.

I feel like Drake should gift it to Donald Glover, as he is the head celebrity Blerd, and would likely appreciate it way more.

Yeah, I first heard that rumor 2 or 3 years ago, so Toyota probably pivoted their goals after seeing the market make a sharp turn towards wholesale electrification. I’m still grieving the loss of the RWD Mazda 6. My wife and I were absolutely ready to buy one.

A 25% increase in efficiency would put a theoretical new RX at 20/28/24 MPG (assuming no additional power or weight). That’s not bad, but the big problem with rotary engines is the fact that they burn oil by design. The face of the rotor housing has to be lubricated, but it ALSO becomes part of the combustion chamber,

I bet Mazda’s new hybrid systems are built by Toyota. I wouldn’t be surprised to se the next-gen IS/RC using a turbo inline-6 from Mazda. The joint venture between Toyota and Mazda probably has Lexus using Mazda platforms while Mazda gets hybrid systems and more US manufacturing capacity from that factory in Alabama.

Yeah, there should have been some exemptions/assistance made available for owner-operators. I completely understand the need to get shipping emissions under control, but legislation like this almost always disproportionately affects small business owners.

This ban has been tough on individual owner-operators. My father-in-law had a hard time finding something at a reasonable price, and was only just able to find one a couple of months before the ban went into effect.

2010 Ford Fusion V6. The engine was great, and the rest of the car was perfectly competent, but I can’t tell you how many times I lost it in parking lots. It just blends in. The car itself has aged well over 12 years though. Had 220k miles on it when I sold it, and it never left me stranded. Only put $1000 in repairs

If you’re looking for something old-school Zelda-esque, “Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion” is hilarious, and has great controller support.

No, I have a power brick next to my chair as well. Maybe it’s the amperage? It is a fast charger, so the controller may not like that.

One thing that REALLY bugs me about the PS5 controller is the fact that it won’t start charging if you plug it in while it’s on. The controller has to be OFF first, and it’ll continue charging after you turn it on. I have no idea why Sony did that.
