I find the seasonal model makes it easier for me to jump in and jump out whenever I have time to play. With a full time job and a baby, free time is at a premium. I also like what Bungie has done with PVP and the loose skill-based matchmaking. I find myself getting stomped on by sweatlords less and less. 

Destiny 2 is finally in a place where it feels less like a second job than ever. The seasonal model is gonna burn out some of the hardest core grinders, but it works for me. And the story progression is better than it ever has been. The new player experience still sucks ass, so there’s that.

I don’t think Hagerty wants anything to do with him. Their content has been aimed at younger Gen-X and Millenials for a while now.
