Tooling doesn’t mean all of the machinery needed to produce a part. There could be machine specific dies that could only move to a facility that has the required machines to fit the dies. It could also be a special blend of magnesium used that is only produced at a few facilities worldwide.

You did it wrong. You’re supposed to just put the chicken on the top rack and throw the spices in the soap drawer. The wash cycle will infuse the chicken with the spices and cook it for you.

My guess, having been there, is that they just logged every URL for POSTs and GETs, and every parameter for POSTs (for non-web devs, whenever you enter something into a field on a webpage and hit the ‘go’ button, that’s a POST, and all the field names and values are POST parameters).
