wrd. My first car was a 1992 SC, with the DOHC 1.9 cylinder and 5-speed, it was reasonably quick, and it got insanely great gas mileage. 124 hp/tq pushing around 2200lbs of car isn’t bad. Also, automatic seatbelts and flip up headlamps FTW.

Cars in driver’s education schools here in the US do absolutely have this redundant pedal setup; this looks like it was a parent taking his kid out for supplemental instruction/practice (which, on a learner’s permit, is perfectly legal) in a privately owned RAV4 and could do nothing to stop this.

The GMC Syclone 0-60 was 4.3 seconds ...2 years before. Yes after 60 it was a dog.
