Quite simply a company the size of Disney could and should do better. Users saying they are on hold for 4 hours that’s not stellar customer service. I suppose forgiving technical glitches is fine, but having a call center to answer user questions when they are directed to do so is pretty piss poor.

The account lockout issue is not resolved, The IP issue I mentioned, is not resolved, and the extraordinary wait times and bad customer service are not resolved.
