I thought it was pretty weak (and I generally like Motorola). The ad shows someone with what is essentially an iPad knockoff (ok, maybe it's a next gen product, but it's essentially an answer to the iPad) and tries to say it's better, but offers no compelling reason. It boils down to name-calling (don't be a white

@HellHammer: Fox New or porn? Hmm. Either way, it's probably better with the mute button on.

For far too long, screens have become cluttered with scrawling headlines, logos, arbitrary data, and other annoyances. So now it seems that it takes boobs to get rid of the junk? I can get behind that.

@banalna: I'm with ya. Maybe he'd get a spin off. That would be kind of frightening, if amusing.

So this Palin has mechanical arms/armor, huge boobs, guns, a corset. And still wears glasses. It's all about the continuity, folks.

@funchefchick: Thanks! It's not everyday you get to write haiku about cleavage.

Take note, Christine O'Donnell. This is how it's done.

Don't stop there, UBS. What about using the wrong kind of tie knot that clashes with your face morphology? I mean, not everyone can pull off a Windsor knot!

What a crappy post. There's hardly a coherent thought, let alone an argument. Just lame ranting by someone who thinks it's clever to swear about a cartoon. How edgy. If you don't the cartoon, don't watch it. If you want to tell us why, think of something clever or insightful. Otherwise, fuck off.

@sometingwong: Yeah, the woman in the bikini looks oddly out of scale. Other than that, it's pretty much on the level, I'd say.

I think what I'm most in agreement with Sorkin is how Palin uses the trappings of being a hunting for political purposes. As has been noted in many places, she and her dad show themselves to be lousy hunters. It's not just that it takes her several shots to hit a barely moving animal; but their choice of weapon is

@Chris Braak: Yeah, consistency of thought would be too much to ask, I suppose.
