“so he wipes out half so the other half can live and actually thrive”
“him having to kill Gamora,”
“The thing is, if the Snapture happened in the future and half of all existence was wiped from, well, existence, do you not think someone would’ve bothered to mention the one time Thanos made half the universe disappear?”
the show is very different from the comic. If you go in expecting the comic, you will be disappointed.
I care about Lucifer! I’m really pissed at fox for, yet again, canceling a show I like. You’d think I’d learn never to watch anything they air...
Agreed, fox is a bunch of morons. I very nearly didn’t watch Lucifer at all, because I had a horrible suspicion they would drop it and piss me off (again). And I was right, I’m pissed.
“People are fighting to save Inhumans?”
“Edit: Also it is fucking laughable that SyFy expects me to get invested in yet ANOTHER show that they will more than likely cancel unceremoniously. ”
the decision to remove all superpowers did seem... weird. I don’t watch superhero shows to see ‘mere humans’ explaining howto hail a taxi or use cash to ‘empowered humans’
agreed on the Luci/Detective relationship. Dull. Those two would be much better as mis-matched friends.
there was that one show (possibly 1st season) where they showed Lucifer in bed with a man and a woman. Then they started pushing the ‘unrequited/unacknowledged’ love interest with The Detective... I had hopes...
“So, it can climb stairs and also... climb stairs?”
“I told you, I’m not Xena, I’m Lucy Lawless!”
“But then they have to leave out most of their main cast for a large portion of the season.
“ (Speaking of which, we still don’t know the real title yet, do we?)“
I like this title-to-ash idea.
He was able to use his powers more after he healed - but he never seemed to come back to full-power. It could be the other stones had some level of control over him, maybe? Or interfered with his abilities.
whatever he was stabbed with disrupted the stone’s power (I think). He tells Wanda he isn’t able to fly during the first fight with Thannos’ hench-people
I thought Tony’s nightmare was being responsible for the death of the Avengers. (I’m not downplaying the emotion... because seeing someone cease to be in front of your eyes is worse than imagining the deaths of all your friends). But, yes, all the survivors will be raw
