Haha, i will admit it does go a long way to lowering the deaths. But theres alot of loopholes and stupidity that doesnt exactly make it viable. Such as the V6 Commodore, its legal because its such a common car, yet it goes over the 125hp/tonne. So therefore almost every P plater is in a commodore!
