Saying there's "No scope for genuine tactics" is kinda out of line. Starcraft II is wildly dependent on the rock/paper/scissors formula. Being able to scout effectively, build a decent defense/offense accordingly to what you find, and micro/macro manage your army during battles is insanely hard. From what I've
